It really bothers me to hear people nowadays saying that Americans would never build bridges, roads, buildings, without the help of the government and government programs. So you're saying that local companies would not want to get paid to build? The community would not want to fork out some dough to get a road built? Instead we have to fund programs that we don't agree with or want nothing to do with? This is never how our country was supposed to operate.

$2 billion was a rip off for the purchase of the Dodgers, I don't care how you look at it. Before this, the largest team purchase was the Chicago Cubs for $845 million. Jamie McCourt the last owner of the Dodgers, ran the team into the ground declaring bankruptcy, but now he'll be making out like a bandit. He'll probably be making close to $1 billion once all is said and done. I was quite surprised to hear that a group of investors had purchased the team, I would think that they'd be more careful and conservative in their evaluation. This group will only be looking for profit and if the Dodger's don't put out, they'll be trying to sell the team as fast as possible.

So Kanye West may be dating Kim Kardashian, why would he be interested in Ray J's sloppy seconds? Oh and that monkey looking guy too? I'm not saying that the average Joe wouldn't go for it, but you're Kanye freaking West! He could be banging models all day that are even better looking than Kim and will come with less baggage. Of course Kanye is always eager to get the tabloids going, something they both share in common. This Hollywood stunt is a common strategy to attract the press.
